Title: Tableau Application AnalystLocation: South San Francisco & San Mateo CAOn-site/Remote/Hybrid: OnsiteDuration: 3 MonthsInterview Process: Webcam/In-PersonJob Description:Serve as the Tableau subject matter expert during initial rollout in clientProvide best-practice guidance and real-world use case scenarios tailored to Client reporting needsDeliver ongoing Tableau application support during the implementation periodTrain super users and business analysts to support Tableau independently after the engagement endsSubmit daily status reports to Health IT leadershipReport to the department business analyst for daily task assignmentsMeet with Client staff (via MS Teams or in person) to gather reporting requirementsPartner with the business analyst to build training documentation and reference materialsDeliver hands-on, assisted training sessions to end usersTroubleshoot Tableau dashboard and data connection issues as they come upDocument recurring issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for super usersProficient in Tableau (dashboard design, data connections, publishing, and troubleshooting) Salesforce experience preferred, especially pulling and structuring data for reportingComfortable with MS Word, Outlook, and MS TeamsStrong written communication skills, able to follow and produce clear instructions and documentationDemonstrated Tableau proficiency, ideally with training or enablement experienceAbility to translate technical concepts for non-technical business usersComfortable working within local government business practices and standardsMS Office (Word, Outlook, Teams) • MS Windows OS • Tableau (required) • Salesforce (required)
