This role is essential for planning and implementing effective therapeutic programs prescribed by ordering physicians, ensuring continuity of care for all patients.Responsibilities Evaluate and re-evaluate patient conditions and progress regularly. Develop and implement ongoing therapeutic physical therapy programs as prescribed. Independently manage a full caseload and update treatment plans as necessary. Conduct home exercise program instructions and necessary re-evaluations based on insurance authorizations. Adapt to work requirements during Hawaii State and Federal Holidays as needed.Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years of experience working with adults in outpatient and acute care settings. Current State of Hawaii Physical Therapist License is required by the start of the assignment.
