Account Executive, CRM, long-term contract

INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency located in Huntington Beach, CA is looking for an Account Executive to join our CRM team!This is a long-term, on-going contract role with access to benefits!We are a hybrid workplace, x3 days week in-office. Local candidates only.The CRM Account Executive is primarily responsible for managing Genesis day-to-day marketing deliverables to ensure client expectations are met at a customer engagement marketing agency.Must have the ability to manage multiple projects on their own. Project management skills and creative process are second nature to Account Executives. Through the application of their project management and CRM skills, they are responsible to meet client deliverables.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESRelationship Management & Thought LeadershipServe as day-to-day liaison within the agency and with daily client contacts to manage assigned deliverablesSupport Account Director and/or Supervisor to implement strategic direction for designated clients, including annual planning in the form of:Strategic directionCreative developmentDelivering campaign and program resultsWorking with strategic resource to deliver relevant analysisPreparation of meeting materials to include but not limited to presentation management, content development and consolidationUnderstand the client brand and creative direction to enable accurate communication within the agency to ensure on-brand creative executions in support of results-driven CRMFoster strong relationships with key client and agency personnelEnsure communication clarity, internally and to the clientParticipate in the development of sound strategic recommendations based on clear understanding of client's business to include but not limited to:Competitive monitoringIndustry knowledgeClient objectivesOperational Knowledge & ExecutionDelivery of assigned projects including but not limited to creative development for direct mail, e-mails, and other CRM projectsCoordinate work between the various departments of Innocean, and client team members on all aspects of multiple simultaneous projectsContribute to master specification development, program plans, and effectively deliver those internally and to the clientGenerate detailed project schedules to manage and ensure on-time deliverablesSupport Account Director and/or Supervisor to author, constructively edit, review and maintain documentation such as POVs, strategy briefs, master specifications, media plans/presentations, client memos, estimates, change orders, timelines and status reportsLearn and utilize all agency processes including but not limited to software toolsPrioritize simultaneous projects for self and teamEnsure accuracy and quality of all projects and documentation as relatedPrepare project status reports and hold project status meetings with internal and external teamsGain support and commitment from other departments and team membersTravel to clients is mandatory, but reimbursableFinancial ManagementSupport Account Director and/or Supervisor in developing, monitoring and maintaining annual budgets in support of individual campaigns or overall client relationshipSupport Account Director and/or Supervisor in managing and monitoring client contract compliance and reconciliationsTrack all categories of spending for projects and ensure projects are delivered within the approved budget for the purposes of annual budgeting effortsREQUIREMENTS2+ years ad agency experienceCRM experience REQUIREDSalesforce experience PREFERREDExcellent working knowledge of MS OfficeMust be able to buid productive relationships with clients and agency team membersSolid written and oral presentation skills requiredExcellent project management and ability to provide team leadership and strategic direction to diverse, multi-location groups and partner agenciesFlexible and accepting of ever-changing needsMulti-tasking and ability to prioritize is a mustStrong analytic ability to interpret campaign results and apply to future recommendationsExperience managing client budgets, billing, timelines and other client fiscal managementAbility to inspire the talent and creativity of team members and direct reportsBENEFITSAccess to our health benefits after 91 daysPaid sick days401k matchOn-site BaristaBeautiful campus across from the Pacific OceanThe salary range for this role is $70,304 - $80,000. Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: client, experience, training and/or transferable skills.
