Med-Peds Hospitalist in North Carolina! A large health system in Eastern North Carolina is seeking a BC/BE Med-Peds Hospitalist to join its existing staff. There are currently 6 physicians on the team and physicians work 7 on/7 off, including some nights. The position is inpatient only with critical care duties, including ability to do procedures (vent management, intubation, paracentesis, thoracentesis, central lines, conscious sedation, and RSI. The facility is a medium-sized full service acute care facility. It is located in a beautiful, historic part of eastern North Carolina.
