The edit quality directly affects revenue for the people we work with.We are hiring editors who specialize in short-form reels as their primary work. Not as a side skill. Not occasionally. If your main focus is long-form, wedding, or commercial work, this role is not a fit.What You'll Be EditingTalking head content — tight cuts, no dead air, punchy pacingSplit-screen formats — [Client] speaking on top, animated graphics or chart builds on the bottomRaw moment captures — minimal editing, preserve authenticityOccasionally: coaching call clips repurposed into short-formWhat We Need From YouProficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci ResolveClean, accurate auto-captions — you manually fix every error before deliveryTurnaround: 24 hours for short-form clips, 48 hours for long-formYou communicate proactively. If something is unclear, you ask before you guess.You can receive specific feedback and apply it without pushbackWhat This Is NotThis is not a creative direction role. Scripts, briefs, and style references are provided. Your job is execution.This is not a high-autonomy position to start. You will follow briefs exactly until you've proven your judgment matches the brand.CompensationPaid per deliverable, or Bi-Weekly on a set target (e.g. 60 videos per month).
