Senior Account Executive📍 Location: Remote (Americas)🕒 Type: Full-time Rate: 5.000 USD🧭 About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Account Executive to help scale our impact in the enterprise SaaS and fintech space.As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for closing large, complex deals, managing high-value client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic, consultative engagements.Reporting directly to the COO, you will work closely with Revenue, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure solutions align with client needs and deliver real business impact.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments, excels at navigating complex organizations, and is passionate about building long-term enterprise relationships across Latin America.🎯 Key Responsibilities1. Enterprise Client EngagementBuild and manage relationships with C-level executives and decision-makersEngage enterprise clients, particularly within the financial ecosystem in LatAmLead strategic conversations and long-term account development2. Consultative Sales & Deal ExecutionRun full-cycle sales processes for large, complex deals ($500K+)Understand client challenges and align solutions to business objectivesNavigate multi-stakeholder environments and complex buying processesDrive deals from discovery through negotiation and close3. Pipeline & Market DevelopmentIdentify and develop new enterprise opportunities across LatAmAlign product capabilities with market needs and client pain pointsBuild and manage a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities4. Sales Strategy & Process DevelopmentContribute to building and refining scalable sales processesHelp define go-to-market strategies and sales playbooksDrive initiatives to improve client acquisition and retention5. Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teamsEnsure smooth handoffs and exceptional client experienceProvide feedback loops to improve product and sales effectiveness6.
