Key Responsibilities
Confirms patient insurance verification and eligibility
Verifies eligibility and benefits for patients, including deductible and co-pay information
Communicates with patients regarding insurance verification data and cost estimates
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
Minimum of two years' experience in a healthcare or insurance company setting
Experience with insurance verification and benefit sharing preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
