About usInterior Concepts is a specialized subcontractor for large commercial projects, focusing on Division 10 and Division 12 building specialties.The person in this position will manage project administrative duties, including tracking incoming and outgoing contracts, change orders, waivers, job submittals, and certificates of insurance. The contract administrator is responsible for setting up new jobs and obtaining each job’s vital information, including insurance requirements, tax status, billing requirements, the direct owner’s information, and other relevant details.Other Key Responsibilities:Assist the estimating/ project manager with project administrative duties such as preparation of change orders and tracking of same, prepare and distribute project submittals, as well as distribute the returned approvalsOversee construction contract administration and submittal log processes to ensure that the contract documents are received and properly executed for each specific job.Review construction contracts to ensure the requirements are met throughout the construction experienceAssist the estimating/ project manager team with job-specific proposals and submittalsRequest certificates of insurance, bonds, and enterprise zone tax-exempt certificatesReceive vendor correspondence and process invoices for paymentOrdering window treatments and scheduling installationJob Type: Full-timePay: $45,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftWork Location: In personClose Preview
