Account Manager (Client Operations Focus) – Phoenix, AZWe build custom solutions for customers who need their equipment protected and delivered without complications. Whether it’s supporting live events, technical teams, or specialized operations, our work is centered on making sure things arrive ready to perform. Every order is different, which means our team is constantly solving new problems, coordinating across departments, and making sure the details are right from start to finish.We’re hiring an Account Manager, but this is not a traditional sales role. This position is focused on managing inbound customer work, handling the details, and ensuring every order moves from request to delivery accurately and on time. You will directly assist the Vice President in client operations and management to ensure efficient customer operations.
