The position requires strong executive presence, the ability to influence decision-making, and a track record of translating complex programs into clear, actionable direction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-level change activation strategy across transformation programsPartner with executive stakeholders to define clear messaging, narratives, and success metricsDrive alignment across business, product, and operations teamsTranslate complex initiatives into clear, compelling communication that drives adoptionIdentify and address resistance, influencing decisions at the leadership levelShape and oversee communication strategies across multiple stakeholder groupsEnsure alignment between business objectives, program execution, and user adoptionGuide cross-functional teams on adoption strategy and organizational readinessDefine and track success metrics tied to adoption, engagement, and business outcomesAct as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational dynamics and change risksRequired Experience12+ years of experience in transformation, consulting, or change leadership rolesProven experience supporting enterprise transformation programs (ERP, CRM, or similar)Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignmentExperience working in cross-functional, complex organizational environmentsExceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear messagingDemonstrated ability to drive adoption and behavioral change at scaleStrong executive presence and stakeholder management capabilitiesPreferred BackgroundExperience in communication-heavy disciplines such as marketing, media, journalism, or product storytellingBackground in consulting or advisory roles supporting large-scale transformation effortsFamiliarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar ecosy
