Founding Solutions Engineer

Job Description:Partner with Account Executives to identify customer needs and technical requirementsLead technical discovery sessions and solution scoping workshopsTranslate business objectives into scalable AI and automation architecturesDevelop solution proposals, technical documentation and implementation roadmapsDesign customized solution architectures using the Aсclaim.ai platformDeliver tailored product demos, proofs of concept (POCs) and pilot programsBuild integrations with customer systems (CRM, ERP, APIs, databases, etc.)Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and feature gapsSupport onboarding and deployment of enterprise clientsEnsure technical success during initial rollout and scalingTroubleshoot integration and performance issuesDocument best practices and reusable solution templatesRequirements:5+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical ConsultingStrong understanding of APIs, system integrations, cloud environments, and data architectureStrong experience working with and understanding of AI/ML, automation platforms, or SaaS productsAbility to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in AI implementation, automation workflows, or enterprise SaaSFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Background in process optimization or digital transformation initiativesStartup experience or experience in fast paced environmentsBenefits:Health insurance stipend – we provide a monthly allowance to help cover your individual health plan.Experienced team, Acclaim is formed by a team of enthusiastic professionals who created award-winning devices, voice assistants and other AI-driven products for BigTech corporations.Cutting-edge technologies, we build a technology using our areas of expertise including Computer Vision, Speech Technologies, Natural Language Understanding, Generative AI incl.
