Sr. Training Program Manager
What to Expect
Elevates leadership quality across Service Supply Chain by facilitating people leader programs, partnering with HRBPs and site stakeholders, and delivering measurable impact for managers and supervisors across Service Distribution, Service Parts Operations, planning, and site-based functions.
What You'll Do
Facilitate engaging Manager Fundamentals workshops and company-directed leadership training for people leaders and employees across Service Supply Chain
Deliver high-quality facilitation in both virtual and in-person formats, including sessions at PDCs and key supply chain sites
Execute company-directed training programs end-to-end, including implementation planning, stakeholder communication, completion tracking, and impact assessment
Partner with HRBPs and functional leaders to conduct needs analysis and develop creative, blended learning solutions for geographically dispersed people leaders
Use employee experience and program data to understand the people leaders’ journey and identify critical moments of impact during a leader’s tenure
Collaborate with global L&D teams and local stakeholders to ensure leadership content is consistent, relevant, and adaptable across Service Supply Chain functions and sites
Build and maintain effective relationships with site-based onboarding, new hire orientation, and cross-functional stakeholders through regular communication, expectation management, and support for interactive leadership content
What You'll Bring
Prior experience working with a Learning Management System to assign, track, and report on training completion
Proven experience facilitating leadership or professional development programs with strong virtual and in-person delivery skills
Thorough understanding of leadership theory and models, with ability to connect concepts to real Service Supply Chain business outcomes
Ability to navigate complex, ambiguous environments while managing competing priorities across multiple sites and stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Superior written and verbal communication skills, with confidence interacting professionally at all levels of the organization
Self-motivated, proactive self-starter with a strong sense of urgency, business acumen, and a continuous improvement mindset

Expected Compensation
$64,800 - $145,800/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
