Learn more about us at https://www.napcoltd.com/ ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will create new formulations based on market research/customer requests as well as review current formulations for improvement. Your knowledge of acrylic polyurethanes will be key in researching and obtaining raw materials. Your interpersonal skills will be utilized when working with vendors, interacting with the leadership team, gathering feedback from customers, and leading the development projects. Salary$50 - $60 per hourQualificationsBS in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science or similar. Advanced degree a plus 10 years’ experience in coatings 5 years’ experience with 2K solvent borne urethanes, waterborne a plus Knowledgeable in coating applications, adhesion additives, and epoxy chemistry Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Can uphold our Core Values of We Care, We Solve, We Grow, and We Build Partnerships.
