Manufacturing Engineer (Assembly + NPD Focus) 💲 $90K – $110K + Bonus 🏢 Onsite | Growth-Focused Engineering RoleAbout the OpportunityThis is a great opportunity to join a growing, high-quality manufacturing environment supporting advanced products used across automotive, powersports, and commercial applications.This role offers a strong mix of hands-on production support and new product development (NPD), giving you exposure across the full product lifecycle — not just day-to-day firefighting.If you enjoy working on the floor, solving problems, and being involved in bringing new products to life, this is a well-rounded engineering role with strong growth potential.What You’ll Be DoingProduction Support • Provide hands-on engineering support for assembly operations • Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvement • Work directly with operators and technicians to improve efficiencyNew Product Development (NPD) • Support new product launches from design into production • Review drawings and ensure manufacturability • Collaborate with design engineering on product transitionsProcess Improvement • Identify and implement improvements to assembly processes • Develop work instructions and support standardization efforts • Support high-volume manufacturing initiativesCross-Functional Collaboration • Partner with design engineering, quality, and production teams • Help align product design with manufacturing capabilitiesWhat They’re Looking For• 3–5 years of manufacturing engineering experience • At least 2 years supporting New Product Development (NPD) • Experience in assembly-based manufacturing environments • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindsetNice to Have: • Exposure to CAD tools (SolidWorks preferred) • Background in automotive, electronics, or similar industriesWhy This Role Stands Out• Strong blend of production support + NPD exposure • Opportunity to work in a high-quality, OEM-driven environment • Internal growth opportunity (role opened due to promotion) • Collaborative team with strong cross-functional visibility • Stable, growing company with continued investment in engineering
