Service Contract Specialist

We are seeking a Service Contract Specialist to manage all aspects of service contracts, including proposal preparation, contract administration, invoicing, and renewals. This role ensures compliance with contract terms, supports revenue generation, and maintains strong customer relationships while working closely with internal teams.Responsibilities:Prepare, review, and manage service contract proposals and renewals Process service agreements, ensuring accurate invoicing and alignment with purchase orders Enter and manage contract data in ERP/CRM systems Maintain documentation for contracts, invoices, and related records Monitor and support monthly revenue targets through timely billing and renewals Communicate with customers regarding contract terms, renewals, and inquiries Collaborate with sales and internal teams to identify revenue opportunities Assist with contract negotiations and modifications as needed Escalate customer issues or disputes related to service contracts Ensure compliance with company policies and standard contract terms Utilize CRM tools to manage customer data and service updates Support billing for service calls and optimize workflow efficiency
