Registered Nurse - ICU

This nursing position involves managing individualized, goal-directed patient care under the nurse manager's supervision, following departmental policies and primary nursing principles.Assess and document patients' physical and psychological conditions continuously and share relevant data with the healthcare team.Adhere to hospital policies and procedures.Act as a clinical resource and role model, participating in staff training and educational activities.Provide respectful, compassionate, and professional customer service, emphasizing patient and family partnership.Collaborate effectively with team members, recognizing contributions and promoting teamwork.Report to work punctually, prepared, and follow policies regarding attendance and time off.Demonstrate core competencies and complete assigned duties competently.Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing school, 1-3 years of critical care experience, current state licensure, BLS certification, ACLS, with CCRN preferred.
