Oaklin Lane is a modern pediatric therapy organization focused on expanding access to high-quality speech, occupational, and physical therapy. We are building clinics designed around operational clarity, accountability, and strong clinical outcomes.This is a in-person role based at our office located in Plano, Texas. This role owns the systems and processes that allow our clinics to operate legally, bill payers correctly, and scale without regulatory risk. This position blends provider credentialing, payer enrollment, and insurance contract maintenance into one accountable role. It is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable owning long-running, high-impact processes end to end.ScheduleFull-timeMonday – Friday9:00 AM to 5:00 PMResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end provider credentialing and re-credentialing for speech, occupational, and physical therapists across Medicaid and commercial payersPrepare, submit, and track all credentialing and payer enrollment applications to completionMaintain CAQH profiles, NPI updates, state licensure verification, and required attestationsEnsure compliance with all payers and governing bodiesManage facility and organizational enrollments and track expirations and renewalsReview and maintain payer contracts under direction from leadershipServe as the internal source of truth for credentialing, enrollment, and compliance timelinesCommunicate proactively with payers, providers, and internal teams to resolve issues and prevent delaysMaintain accurate records and recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance workflowsRequired Skills3+ years of experience in provider credentialing and payer enrollment (therapy services experience strongly preferred)Strong working knowledge of CAQH, NPI management, Medicaid, and commercial payer processesExceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-throughStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple providers and timelines simultaneouslyProficiency with credentialing systems, payer portals, Microsoft Office, and Google WorkspaceExperience with pediatric or multidisciplinary therapy practicesFamiliarity with payer portals (e.g., Availity, NaviNet, TMHP)Understanding of insurance reimbursement mechanics and contract termsBenefitsMedical, vision, and dental stipend401(k) with employer matchingAll equipment, and systems providedOpportunities for career growth as the organization expandsSupportive, mission-driven environment focused on high-quality pediatric careOaklin Lane is an equal opportunity employer, committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.Texas: CCS Pay Range$50,000—$65,000 USD
