Seniority & Work Experience 1–4 years of technical recruiting experience for startups 1+ year recruiting for engineering/technical roles at a startup or an agency working with startups, OR a former founder pivoting to recruiting Experience with Ashby or a similar ATS Experience at an AI company, or recruiting AI/ML talent specifically Hard Skills Outbound sourcing pipeline building from scratch Miscellaneous Can work in office 5 days/week Not seeking a 9-to-5; comfortable with startup hours Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
