Electrical Panel Assembler Location: Houston, TX Pay Rate: $15.32/hr Schedule: Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM ⚡ Power Up Your Career! Are you mechanically inclined and enjoy working with electrical components, wiring, and assembly? We're seeking a motivated Electrical Panel Assembler to join our team in Houston, TX. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy building electrical control panels from detailed schematics and drawings. What You'll Do: ✅ Assemble and wire electrical control panels and devices according to schematics and engineering drawings ✅ Build motor starters, circuit breaker assemblies, disconnects, and electrical enclosures per specifications ✅ Layout back panels and externally mounted devices with precision measurements ✅ Mount components using hand tools, drilling, tapping, and fastening methods ✅ Read and interpret electrical schematics, layouts, prints, and assembly instructions ✅ Ensure all assemblies meet quality standards and print requirements ✅ Follow company quality systems, procedures, and safety guidelines ✅ Assist with training and mentoring team members when needed ✅ Support continuous improvement and ongoing training initiatives ✅ Maintain productivity and meet customer delivery requirements ✅ Work overtime as needed to support production schedules What We're Looking For: ✔ Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and assembly drawings ✔ Experience with panel assembly, wiring, or electrical manufacturing preferred ✔ Familiarity with hand and power tools, drilling, tapping, and measuring equipment ✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality ✔ Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills ✔ Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to learn Why Join Us? ⭐ Full-time Monday-Friday schedule ⭐ Consistent hours with overtime opportunities ⭐ Hands-on manufacturing and electrical assembly experience ⭐ Growth and training opportunities ⭐ Supportive team environment focused on safety and quality Apply Today!
