What We Offer Insurance benefits available after 31 daysLow-cost medical (as low as $5/week), dental, and visionHSA/FSA options401(k) with company match13 days PTO + 8 paid holidaysCompany-paid life insuranceTake-home vehicle + gas cardUniforms provided + cleaning serviceWeekly direct depositOngoing HVAC training and career advancement Responsibilities: As a Residential HVAC Lead Installer, you will:Remove and replace outdated HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning unitsInstall complete residential heating and air conditioning systems following manufacturer specifications and HVAC codesLead residential HVAC installations with support from an assigned HVAC installer helperStart up, test, and troubleshoot newly installed HVAC equipmentEnsure all HVAC installation work meets safety, quality, and inspection standardsDeliver professional service and maintain a clean job site during every HVAC installationThis is a full-time, year-round HVAC installation position with consistent work and strong earning potential.
