Server Job Description Duties: - Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner - Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks - Serve food and beverages to customers in a prompt and courteous manner - Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism - Process customer payments using cash registers or POS systems - Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations - Collaborate with other waitstaff and kitchen staff to provide excellent customer service Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Basic math skills for handling payments accurately - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you!
