Job Description : Bath Warranty TechnicianJob Responsibilities:A Bath Warranty Technician is responsible for carrying out warranty work on bath and shower systems. Document warranty claim issues, report root cause of issues, and create detailed return forms for efficient repairs. Support market production needs to assist in completing active installations as needed.Troubleshoot issue and provide solutions and effect repairsManually carry out repairs with the use of hand and power toolsManually carry out installations with the use of hand and power toolsTake mental inventory of potential repair or install work, provide written estimates for non-warranty repairsFill out work ordersCollect paymentsMaintain company vehicle, ensure regular and timely maintenanceDeliver the highest level of excellence in customer serviceMaintain regular contact with Warranty Coordinator after each scheduled jobSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekends as needed#PJFITZ2025RequirementsJob Requirements:At least 5 years experience troubleshooting, diagnosing customer concerns with bath or shower installationsHands on repair work required, install experience,/plumbing experience is a plusMust follow safety protocolsLifting and carrying equipment, materials and supplies from service truck to residence or job area up to 105 lbs.Long periods driving a vehicleClimbing 6ft ladderFrequent standing, walking, forward bending, lifting, carrying, squatting, kneeling, crawling, reaching, balancing, driving, grasping, pinchingBenefitsBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceFlexible spending accountHealth insurancePaid time offReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insurance
