Adecco is hiring for Assemblers for a manufacturer in Devens! These are temp to perm opportunities.Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6am-430pmPay rate: $20-25 per hour depending on experience.Key ResponsibilitiesComponent Assembly: Put together small parts and complex components to build devices like catheters, surgical instruments, and monitors according to precise technical drawings or diagrams.Quality Assurance: Perform continuous visual inspections (sometimes using a microscope) and use measuring tools (calipers, gauges) to catch defects early in the process.Documentation & Compliance: Adhere strictly to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and FDA regulations by documenting device history, assembly processes, and test results accurately.Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards, including wearing protective gear (gloves, safety glasses) and following cleanroom contamination protocols.Equipment Maintenance: Report malfunctioning tools and perform routine calibration or maintenance on assembly machinery.Essential RequirementsEducation: A high school diploma or equivalent is the standard entry requirement.Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to manipulate very small components with steady hands.Technical Skills: Ability to read and follow written work instructions, blueprints, and assembly schematics.If interested, apply here directly!Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
