This role will be permanent and is looking to interview right away.Pay: $85,000 - $90,000 base + Commission + Full BenefitsBenefits: Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, PTO, Holidays, etc.Address: Milwaukee, WI (53209)Schedule: M-F, 8:00am – 5pmHybrid: No, 100% onsite or visiting clients, will travel 10-25% of the timeResponsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries such as agriculture, automotive, HVAC, and industrial equipmentBuild and maintain long-term customer relations industrial hips with OEMs and partnersReview customer drawings, specifications, and RFQsCoordinate with teams to prepare quotations and proposalsManage the sales cycle from initial contact through contract award and production launchConduct customer visits, presentations, and technical consultations regarding machining capabilitiesTrack opportunities, pipeline activity, and revenue forecastsSupport contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and customer issue resolutionMonitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunitiesMust Have:5-10 years of manufacturing, machining, or industrial alesUnderstands how machining operations work and understands the best markets to go after for machined parts.
