Job DescriptionProdware Solutions LLC is seeking a Social Work Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a travel job in Everett, Washington.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Licensed Clinical Social WorkerDiscipline: Social WorkStart Date: 05/25/2026Duration: 13 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hours, days, eveningsEmployment Type: TravelPosition: LCSW - Weekly Gross: $2,140.00 Location: Everett, WA‍️ Client: AYA Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00) Availability to start: 06/29/2026 Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and initial patient evaluationsDevelop and implement individualized care plans and treatment goalsProvide crisis intervention and counseling services as neededEducate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, resources, and coping strategiesDocument care delivery, patient progress, and educational activities accurately in Epic or other systemsParticipate in care coordination and interdisciplinary team conferencesAssist with advance directives and power of attorney discussionsSupport patients with mental health, substance use, and major disease processesCollaborate with healthcare providers across units such as ICU, Emergency Department, and Medical-SurgicalRequired QualificationsActive LCSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) licenseMaster's degree in social work (MSW) RequiredMinimum 1 year of clinical social work experienceStrong assessment, communication, and documentation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in transplant, ER, or acute care hospital settingsFamiliarity with Epic charting systemExperience working in ICU, Emergency Department, or Medical-Surgical unitsKnowledge of psychiatric disorders and crisis intervention techniquesPlease confirm if you would like to proceed with this opportunity so we can move forward with your submission.
