Description:E.V. Bishoff Co. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive Commercial Real Estate Leasing to join our team. This role focuses on converting inbound marketing leads into signed leases while building strong relationships with prospective tenants. The ideal candidate is highly organized, sales-driven, and skilled at quickly building rapport with clients. This is a salaried position: up to $110,000.00 includes bonuses when individual goals are achieved. Hours are Monday through Friday with no weekends.Requirements:RequirementsResponsibilitiesPromptly follow up on leads delivered from the Corporate Marketing Department to schedule property showings and secure leasesEngage with prospective tenants to understand their business needs and identify suitable commercial spacesConduct property tours and present leasing opportunities to qualified prospectsBuild strong relationships with potential tenants and guide them through the leasing processMaintain accurate records of leads, showings, and deals within the company CRMManage scheduling, calendar coordination, and follow-ups with prospectsWork collaboratively with marketing and property teams to ensure strong lead conversionConsistently track and report sales activity and pipeline progressRequirementsHistory of success in sales, preferably in commercial real estate, leasing, or B2B salesBachelors degree in a business-related field preferredStrong computer skills, including email, CRM systems, and video conferencing platformsMust be organized, detail-oriented, and results-drivenExcellent communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to build rapport quickly with prospective clientsStrong time management, scheduling, and calendar management skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneouslyPIfb0d759691ca-26289-39908352
