Everyone is welcome!,Community Service Lead Description The Community Service Lead manages all district‑facing community service processes for We Are Artistic. This includes verifying hours, submitting opportunities for district approval, and supporting students through the documentation process.Time Commitment 1-2 hours per week Location Remote / Discord-basedKey ResponsibilitiesDistrict Outreach — Identify new school districts and complete approval steps so students can earn verified hours with us.Form Verification — Sign and return community service forms promptly and accurately.Student Support — Assist Human Resources in responding to student questions about hours, forms, and district requirements.Opportunity Submission — Submit our service opportunities to districts for review and maintain compliance with their guidelinesQualificationsStrong communication and professionalism when interacting with districtsAbility to manage deadlines and return forms in a timely mannerComfort learning district requirements and approval processesDetail‑oriented and reliable with documentationExperience with youth programs, community service systems, or school partnerships is a plusWe are an art community & organization for artists, artistic people, and people who appreciate art.
