Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Wilmington, DE. The General Labor role involves performing essential tasks such as setting up and breaking down inflatable equipment, cleaning and maintaining equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and assisting with inventory organization. The role also includes interacting with customers to provide excellent service and support as needed. Candidates should be prepared for physical work, including lifting and transporting equipment. Qualifications Experience with equipment setup, maintenance, and handlingStrong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocolsExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting and moving heavy equipmentDependability, teamwork, and a proactive attitudeAvailability to work flexible hours, including weekends, if requiredPrevious experience in event setup or general labor is a plus
