Sales & Account AssistantPosition Type: Full-Time / OnsiteSalary Range: 55-65KJob Department: Bath & Body - Sales TeamESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWe are seeking a Sales & Account Assistant to support the administrative and operational needs of our current customers; Ross, Burlington, Macy's Backstage, to name a few. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to act as a liaison between factories, import teams, and retail accounts to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.Process and manage customer orders accurately and promptlyTrack delivery status, and communicate updates with internal teams and external customersWork with retailers to resolve issues related to shipping, bookings, and reordersManage order information in AIMS including cancellations, updates, and end-of-season cleanupCollaborate with sales teams to address inventory discrepancies (overages/shortages)Organize new projects and maintain clear communication with Account ManagerProactively follow up on pending tasks and order statusesServe as liaison between factories, import teams, and retail accounts to coordinate production timelines, shipping schedules, and customs/import documentationMonitor import processes to ensure timely delivery and complianceCOMPETENCIES2+ year's experience in wholesale, retail operations, or related support roles preferredProficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPointHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communicationFamiliarity with retail math and inventory analysisAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environmentExperience with off-price retailers preferredExperience with AIMS or similar order management systems a plusExperience coordinating with factories and import logistics preferredEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's Degree in Business, Sales or equivalent, with wholesale imports or related experience; or an Associate's degree with 2 years of wholesale imports or related experience; or 3+ years sales experience
