Connect with interested customers and schedule appointments with our sales analysts who help clients exit service contracts they no longer need.What You'll Do:Make daily outbound calls with a friendly, helpful attitude and handle inbound callsSet appointments for the sales teamEnter client info into our CRMUse company-provided scriptsParticipate in team meetings and trainingMust be able to set 8-10 appointment dailyWhat We're Looking For:Strong communication skills, Strong computer skills, Microsoft office suiteCustomer service background, passion for helping peopleMust be able to follow instructions and adhere to company policies1+ year in sales or telemarketingSelf-motivated team player looking to be a part of the success in closing dealsMust be flexible to work:Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PMMonday to Friday 11:30AM to 8:00PMTuesday to Thursday 8:30AM - 5:30PM, Friday 8:30AM - 5PM; and Saturday 9AM - 4PMWe offer hourly pay + commission.
