You will play a key role in shaping cohesive design solutions while supporting project performance, collaboration, and quality.This is an opportunity to lead with clarity and purpose, elevate design excellence, and contribute within a culture that values curiosity, rigor, sustainability, and craft.Responsibilities Lead and collaborate with design leaders and project teams across all phases of project deliveryProvide technical expertise, including building systems integration, detailing, and code complianceContribute to and guide design development, ensuring alignment between concept, documentation, and executionMentor emerging professionals and support team growth and developmentCoordinate effectively with consultants and internal disciplines to advance cohesive design solutionsMaintain awareness of project scope, schedule, budget, and performance goalsContribute to a collaborative and positive studio cultureQualifications Professional degree in Architecture10+ years of architectural experienceDemonstrated portfolio reflecting strong design aptitude and built project experienceExcellent technical knowledge, including building systems and code expertiseProficiency in Revit; SketchUp preferredAbility to work both autonomously and within a collaborative team environment.Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Salary & BenefitsRATIO offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, flexible spending, and a wellness program available to employees and dependents.
