The candidate must have extensive expertise in QuickBase application architecture, development, and implementation, specifically building custom applications in the government industry.The candidate should have specific expertise in building dashboards, reports, and QuickBase customizations, with the ability to evaluate business needs and translate them into technology specifications. The candidate must have proven skills in application development, as well as the ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks with changing priorities in a cross-functional and Rapid Application Development environment.Implementation (transition) requirements are capabilities or behaviors required to transition from the enterprise's current state to the desired future state.Qualifications & Expertise:Expert-level experience in QuickBase design and developmentExpert-level experience in documenting business processes and workflowsExperience aligning IT strategy and planning with the company's business goalsExperience delivering highly scalable architecture solutions that support mobile and web applicationsExperience with web technologies and mobile app designExperience with emerging DaaS (Database as a Service)Experience working with large, complex data setsStrong written and verbal communication skills; business-level English is mandatoryJob RequirementsBachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience16+ years’ experience in a progressive consulting leadership role, providing full lifecycle services in an enterprise environment16+ years’ experience managing, coordinating, and establishing priorities for the entire project lifecycle16+ years’ experience researching and evaluating technology solutions and implementation strategies16+ years’ experience solving business and technical problems independently and creating innovative solutions5+ years’ experience in datacenter\cloud\server design and developmentBehavior Characteristics:Strong organizational and planning skillsAttention to detail and the ability to present work accurately and professionallyStrong analytical, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skillsDemonstrated strong leadership capabilitiesEOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
