Warranty Service Coordinator
A company is looking for a Warranty Service Coordinator who will manage customer warranty inquiries and ensure effective resolution of issues.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for incoming warranty inquiries via phone, email, or online platforms
Verify warranty coverage and eligibility based on company policies and product terms
Coordinate and escalate cases to appropriate departments for resolution
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer service or warranty coordination
Familiarity with warranty policies and procedures
Proficiency in using internal management systems
Ability to work two Saturdays a month
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus
