Learn more at www.Crothall.com.Job SummaryJOB DESCRIPTION:The Senior Project Manager will be supporting a 10-hospital health system and will be responsible for the overall capital replacement strategy for critical hospital infrastructure within the system. Details of the responsibility include but are not limited to designing the deferred maintenance strategy, working with site facility directors to create capital infrastructure replacement need, developing and leading the execution of the annual capital infrastructure plan. Additionally, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for utilizing facility software such as space planning and project management platforms. The Senior Project Manager will play a crucial role in developing high-level presentations for C-suite leaders for all strategic FM initiatives and must be knowledgeable, experienced, and fully fluent in developing critical infrastructure renewal strategies throughout health systems.
