Typically our internship positions are during the summer months.Position SummaryTE2 is looking for passionate interns who are curious about building systems. This is a full time, paid internship for the Summer. The internship will begin in June and end around mid-August. Selected interns must work a minimum of 30 – 40 hours per week. As one of our student interns, you will work with an experienced engineer, get involved in projects, and be a part of a growing company that solves the challenges of our clients. You will perform meaningful work, and this internship will help you determine if our company is the right career choice for you.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the design team, and perform a variety of engineering tasksBecome familiar with various softwares, including: Wrightsoft, AutoCAD, PV Watts, etc.Perform basic calculations and assist in analyzing dataPreferred QualificationsAbility to work well on a teamCompletion of 2 years of post-secondary engineering programStrong problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAutoCAD experience is a plusExperience with computer software, including Microsoft Word and ExcelAbout TE2 EngineeringWe design buildings for people.
