This role is essential for continuous collaboration with business stakeholders to refine requirements, validate workflow design, resolve issues quickly, and support testing activities. An onshore resource will enable real-time engagement, accelerate decision-making, reduce rework, and help ensure delivery of a high-quality solution within the committed timeframe.Required Skills & Qualifications8 years of experience modeling processes using IBM BPM Process Designer, Integration, Implementing UCAs, Ajax, Generic System Services.Strong hands-on experience with Process Designer, BPDs, and Coach Framework as a Front End technology.Strong hands-on experience with Process Modules, SCA modules and various bindings, Mediation modules, libraries, message handling, error handling, Human Tasks, BO, SDO, Business Rules.Good to have Agile Experience.Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsExperience with Agile methodologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesPrimary focus is ONLY development due to time deadlines.Collaborate with business stakeholders to refine requirements and validate workflow design.Resolve issues quickly and support testing activities.Company Benefits & CultureCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Inclusive and dynamic work environment.
