ensure student engagement, academic progress, and successful learning outcomes across flexible educational pathways.PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:All listed responsibilities are essential functions of this position.Service Delivery(1) Provide direct instruction to students through asynchronous, synchronous, and hybrid learning environments.(2) Serve as Teacher of Record for assigned students, including monitoring academic progress, attendance, participation, and course completion requirements.(3) Deliver differentiated instruction and personalized learning supports aligned to student needs, learning goals, and District standards.(4) Utilize virtual instructional platforms, digital curriculum resources, and learning management systems to support effective teaching and learning.(5) Facilitate small-group, individualized, and virtual intervention support sessions as appropriate.(6) Support students enrolled in Indian River Virtual School and other flexible learning pathways through instructional guidance, progress monitoring, and academic support.(7) Monitor student engagement and participation in virtual coursework and implement intervention strategies as needed.(8) Utilize data to inform instruction, evaluate student performance, and adjust instructional supports to improve academic outcomes.(9) Assist families in navigating virtual learning expectations, instructional platforms, schedules, and academic support.(10) Support implementation of innovative instructional strategies and flexible learning opportunities aligned to District priorities.(11) Report to an assigned District location or base site as designated to provide virtual instruction and support flexible learning, hybrid programming, and drop-in center responsibilities.Inter/Intra-Agency Communication and Delivery(12) Build positive relationships with students, families, instructional staff, and District personnel to support student success.(13) Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress, attendance, expectations, and available instructional resources.(14) Collaborate with instructional staff, ESE personnel, counselors, interventionists, and support services to address student learning needs.(15) Serve as liaison between families, instructional staff, and virtual learning programs to ensure alignment and support.(16) Participate in outreach and engagement efforts to support recruitment, retention, and success of students participating in flexible learning programs.(17) Respond to inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.(18) Keep supervisor informed of potential concerns, instructional challenges, or unusual situations impacting student success.Professional Growth and Improvement(19) Maintain
