Job Description Superintendent - Commercial/Multifamily Construction Superintendent - Commercial/Multifamily Construction (Relocation Offered)Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our commercial and multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all on-site construction activities for commercial and multifamily projects.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on-site.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure project success.Monitor project progress, schedules, and budgets, and report any issues to senior management.Lead project meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and outline next steps.Implement quality control measures to maintain high construction standards and meet client expectations.Review and approve project plans, schedules, and progress reports.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in commercial and multifamily construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.Experience with OSHPD and K-12 projects is a plus.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Benefits- Competitive base + bonus- Full Medical, Dental, Vision etc.- 401K with company match- PTO + Vacation + Sick time - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
