Job DescriptionDuties and Responsibilities: Utilize ServiceMaster TBS Division's commercial cleaning task schedules to perform all tasks which include, but are not limited to:Emptying trashDusting all furniture, including desks, chairs, and tablesDusting all exposed surfaces, including window sills, ledges, moldings, etc. Cleaning all glass and mirrorsCleaning and sanitizing restrooms using ServiceMaster products, tools and proceduresVacuuming and mopping floorsWeekly detailed cleaningUsing PPE where requiredWe will provide on the job training to those with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.Requirements:Must arrive to work location at scheduled timeBeing able to work from 8:00am to 11:00 am MON-FRIMust work within allotted hoursMust complete any special request made by client communication in company logMust comply with all company policies and proceduresMust have respect and understanding for co-workers and customersMust contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitudeMust wear proper uniform at all timesMust be able to differentiate between cleaning products and usesMust be able to lift and carry up to 25lbsConstant standing, walking, pushing, stooping, kneeling, crouchingCompany DescriptionAt ServiceMaster TBS, we provide customized high-quality commercial cleaning for businesses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Maryland, and Delaware.
