S/4HANA Service & Warranty Lead Location: Newark, CA Work Mode: 4 Days Onsite Mandatory We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service & Warranty Lead with strong expertise in automotive after-sales, warranty management, and service operations. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end SAP Service & Warranty solutions and work closely with business stakeholders, integration teams, and enterprise architects. Key Responsibilities Lead SAP S/4HANA Service & Warranty solution design Manage after-sales and warranty business processes Handle warranty claim adjudication and recall management Support service orders, notifications, and settlement processes Integrate SAP with Salesforce Service Cloud / Field Service and DMS platforms Collaborate with MM, PM/EAM, FI/CO, and middleware teams Drive fit-gap workshops, UAT, deployment, and production support Required Skills 10+ years of SAP experience Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Service or SAP CS Hands-on SAP Warranty Management experience Automotive after-sales and dealer ecosystem knowledge Experience with Service Orders & Warranty Claims Integration experience with APIs, IDocs, Workato, Salesforce, or DMS systems Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills Preferred Automotive OEM experience SAP S/4HANA transformation program experience Knowledge of VIN handling, recall campaigns, and service billing
