What You'll Do
Assist in building custom decks, porches, and outdoor living spaces
Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
Measure, cut, and install materials accurately
Support carpenters and team leads on active job sites
Help maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
Learn carpentry skills and construction best practices through hands-on training
Contribute to projects being completed on time and with quality craftsmanship
What We're Looking For
1+ year of construction, carpentry, framing, general labor, or related experience preferred
Basic understanding and ability to demonstrate experience in the use of construction tools and job site safety
Ability to read a tape measure accurately, transfer the measurements to material and cut the material correctly
Willingness to learn and grow into a carpenter role
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
