Process OperatorWe are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Process Operator to join our manufacturing team in Elyria, Ohio. This position involves handling, blending, processing, and packaging raw spices and seasonings in a fast-paced production environment.Job ResponsibilitiesHandle and process raw spices and seasoning ingredients.Operate and monitor blending and packaging equipment.Follow production formulas and manufacturing procedures.Package finished products according to customer specifications.Perform quality inspections throughout the production process.Maintain accurate production records and documentation.Keep work areas clean and organized while following food safety standards.Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.Assist with material handling and movement of raw materials and finished goods.QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred but not required.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and quality.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.ScheduleFull-TimeOvertime opportunities may be available.PayStarting pay: $16.00 per hourBenefitsWeekly payOpportunity for advancementStable work environmentTraining providedApply today to join a growing manufacturing team producing high-quality spices and seasonings.
