Managingadministrative tasks, maintaining financial records, providing top-tier customer service to ouragents, and collaborating with other staff members. The successful candidate will have theability to complete tasks with a sense of urgency coupled with accuracy, stay organized,manage multiple responsibilities, work independently while on a team and problem solve whileserving others. This position requires the ability to work on multiple software platformssimultaneously.Responsibilities Include: Provide exceptional customer service to our real estate agents. Assist in managing office operations, including processing transactions and maintainingfinancial records. Assist with banking related tasks that include retrieving earnest money receipts andcoordinating outgoing wire transfers. Handle complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts. Assist agents with uploading transaction opportunities into KW Command. Manage tracking and resolving outstanding accounts receivable.Application Requirements:The application process requires two assessments to be completed on Indeed in order toqualify for an interview.
