CTK Enterprises values a strong culture built on teamwork, accountability, pride in execution, and is dedicated to creating environments where both employees and guests feel welcomed and inspired.Position SummaryThe Facilities Custodial Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of a multi-building office complex, including interior spaces and surrounding outdoor areas. This role is part of a dedicated four-person cleaning team that ensures a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation across two buildings and adjacent grounds. The position plays a key role in creating a professional, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for employees and visitors. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, is detail-oriented, and can work both independently and collaboratively as part of a larger team.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Cleaning and Janitorial ServicesPerform daily cleaning of offices, common areas, restrooms, break areas,sound stages, and meeting spaces.Sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize floors and surfaces.Dust furniture, fixtures, vents, and high-touch areas.Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal.Replenish supplies such as soap, paper products, etc.Restroom and Break Area MaintenanceClean and sanitize thoroughly including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors.Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen/break areas.Monitor supply levels and report restocking needs.Outdoor and Grounds CleaningMaintain cleanliness of building entrances, walkways, and outdoor common areas.Remove litter and debris from parking lots, sidewalks, and landscaped areas.Support seasonal needs such as leaf removal and light weather-related cleanup.Team Coordination and CoverageWork collaboratively with the cleaning team to ensure all work areas are covered efficiently.Rotate responsibilities as needed to support workload balance.Communicate with leader regarding priorities, issues, and special requests.Safety and ComplianceFollow all safety procedures and proper use of cleaning materials and equipment.Maintain proper storage and labeling of cleaning supplies.Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damage observed during cleaning.Quality and PresentationEnsure all areas meet or exceed established cleanliness and presentationstandards.Conduct routine walk-throughs to identify areas needing attention.Take pride in delivering a consistently high-quality work environment.QualificationsRequiredHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities cleaning rolesAbility to work independently or as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standardsAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 pounds for extended periodsReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.PreferredExperience cleaning commercial office buildings or multi-site facilitiesFamiliarity with cleaning equipmentBasic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety proceduresKey CompetenciesAttention to detailReliability and consistencyTeamwork and collaborationTime managementSafety awarenessPride in workmanshipCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.Medical insurance
