Job Description Position: P-Physical TherapistSalary Range: $39.78 - $42.40 per hourSchedule: 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday, no weekend rotationLocation: Split between Lodge at Whispering Pines and Arbor Lodge Wisconsin Rapids, with travel required between both locationsSetting: Assisted LivingJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at The Lodge at Whispering Pines and Arbor Lodge Wisconsin Rapids. In this role, you will work in an assisted living setting, providing physical therapy services to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating and treating patients with physical impairments, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical abilities and limitationsDevelop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goalsImplement treatment plans, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalitiesMonitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as neededEducate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and functionCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as occupational therapists and physicians, to coordinate patient careMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient recordsAdhere to all professional and ethical standards set by the American Physical Therapy Association and state licensing boardTravel between The Lodge at Whispering Pines and Arbor Lodge Wisconsin Rapids as needed to provide services to residents at both locationsQualifications:Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programCurrent state license to practice as a Physical TherapistMinimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an assisted living or skilled nursing facilityStrong knowledge of physical therapy principles and techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to travel between locations as neededCompassionate and patient-centered approach to careWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
