What will you do? Enforce the rules and regulations of the local gaming commission Adhere to all unit and company alcohol service policies and procedures Report any incidents, following all departmental and organizational policies and procedures, and report any procedural violations and illegal activity Fill out departmental log forms, verifying all paperwork is complete and turned in at the conclusion of shifts Process guest complaints, using active listening skills to control difficult situations, and communicate with guests sensitively and with care More about you No high school diploma or GED required Security guard, state-certified preferred Able to be licensed by the state gaming commission Highly motivated and takes initiative Team-oriented; ability to work effectively with others Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, stooping, lifting, reaching, and pushing, with strong manual dexterity and the ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
