GENERAL MANAGER for Aviation MRO & Components

GNR has been retained by a well-known and respected international Aerospace / Aviation MRO service provider in need of a SITE GENERAL MANAGER .We're seeking a business savvy leader to manage Operations and a P&L over $340M for one of their largest US sites. You will create and execute a strategic vision and initiatives to drive change to increase site performance and delivery.Manage a very competent team of 7 direct reports & over 400+ indirect members.Collaborate with other division GMs and the Corporate Executive team to facilitate innovations & influence change that will continue the growth of the organization.Capture key metrics to monitor Continuous Improvements, cost reductions, ROI, product quality and customer deliverables.EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED:Min 10 years of leadership specific to Aircraft MRO / Components services for Commercial or Defense environments.Managed full operational responsibilities with a P&L / budgetary over $100mProven ability to influence change, mentor and coach individuals to promote a rich culture.US Citizenship statusOffering Executive Compensation Package : Attractive Base + Bonus + LTIP + full Benefits + Relocation package ( PA / OH / WV region )
