GHX Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:• Lead end-to-end GHX implementations for healthcare providers and suppliers, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.• Serve as the primary customer-facing liaison, ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and alignment with client goals.• Collaborate with internal teams (IT, supply chain, procurement, and finance) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of GHX solutions.• Configure and support EDI transactions (e.g., 810, 850, 855, 856, 997) and troubleshoot data mapping or transmission issues.• Conduct training sessions and workshops for client teams on GHX tools and best practices.• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and risks, ensuring successful and timely deployment.• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations based on client feedback and system performance.• Maintain documentation for implementation processes, configurations, and client-specific requirements.
