These positions will support students with the most complex behavioral needs across the district, working under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). RBTs will provide direct behavior intervention services, participate in data collection and team meetings, and assist in implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide direct support to students with intensive behavioral needs, including students who exhibit physically aggressive behaviorsImplement behavior plans under the direction of the BCBAEngage in ongoing data collection and analysis with the BCBA and special education teamSupport skill acquisition and academic goals, including implementation of academic accommodationsAttend and participate in student behavior meetingsMaintain active CPI, CPR, and First Aid certificationsBe flexible with building assignments, as placements may shift throughout the school year; placements may shift from elementary to secondary hours, for exampleEnsure fidelity of interventions and consistency across settingsMaintain RBT certification and accurately document supervision hours per BACB requirementsQUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:* Fully certified RBTs by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)* Must be fully certified by April 1, 2026, to be eligible to interview for one of the RBT positionsHOURS/SALARY:Monday - Friday35 Hours Per WeekMember of the Clarkston Paraeducator Association, MEA/NEAAdditional $3.00/hour while in the RBT positionAppropriate placement on the current Clarkston Paraeducator Association, MEA/NEA Contract
