Substation Project Engineer- Remote

Job Title: Lead Project Engineer - Electrical SubstationsLocation: RemoteMy client who is a leader in the power and utility industry with many years of excellence, is seeking an experienced Project Engineer/ Project Manager to join their Power Division. They are looking for a dedicated individual to lead engineering design projects for electrical substations and power systems.Key Responsibilities:Lead detailed design efforts for medium to extra high voltage substations and power systems.Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality.Provide project reporting support.Assist in proposal development.Mentor and train team members.Ensure compliance with client standards and processes.Travel may be required (approx. 20%).Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of substation design experience.Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Autodesk, Bentley, Revit).Project leadership experience in transmission and distribution.Strong Microsoft Office skills.Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.U.S. work authorization required.
